Asta-Barka Nigeria Limited is a promising enterprise incorporated in Nigeria on March 21, 1994, as a limited liability company to carry out the business of general merchants, farming, manufacturing, investment in the financial market, and real estate, amongst others. In 2011, the Board of Directors of the company strategically resolved to pursue as its core business, real estate (property acquisition, construction, sale, lease, and management), investment in equities and commodities trade. The Directors also resolved to utilise the expertise of key management personnel to develop a consultancy department.
